| Ride Description: Short recovery from yesterday's metric ride. I had planned on going up a hill today, but my lungs told me I'd better not. They were right, even on the flats, I needed to put the balaclava over my nose and mouth to warm up the air. And it wasn't even as chilly as yesterday. My darn cold is hanging on far longer than it needs to be. Parents who send sick kids to school should be strung up by their toenails and left outside for two weeks. |
