I rode the Surly to Cleveland Park and took the Laurens Road Bypass. I trued to take a detour that Bill used the other day, but I got lost and had to find my way out of there. But now I know how to do it. When I passed through McAlister Square the Covid test line was completely full, back across campus, crossed the street and a block down the street. I finally made it to Petco and took care of two news kittens, Monday and Tuesday. They are new in the cage and are very shy.
After Petco I stopped at REI and bought a t-shirt as their garage sale, then went to Whole Foods and bought 2 bags of cauliflower pretzels along with some pulled pork and broccoli for lunch. The ride from Petco was really cold and tough. I rode to Cleveland Park, then through Falls Park, and the Commons to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe. I bought a peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie for Cissi, then headed back by way of Hampton Station and the Hampton Avenue Bridge. I took Washington to Broad back to the zoo. Then I took my normal route home.
