| Weather Conditions: WIND is back and doesn't appear to be going anywhere. Cloudy, with storm clouds rolling in. Kind of an ugly day for biking in Taiwan. |
| Ride Description: Short windy ride to Dadocheng Wharf and shortcut back. Ralph and Greg were resting by the side of the bike path on the other side of the river from the little bridges, so I stopped and had a great chat. The rest of the ride was fraught with traffic and idiots. Glad I made it back to the apartment unscathed. |
