| Ride Description: Past Dadaocheng...had to turn around way before the baseball fields because of the muck and debris (in the process of being cleaned up.) Took the ramp over the Taipei Bridge and did a reverse River Loop ride. Whoa, even more muck and mud on that side of the river. The way trucks were out, though, it won't be long before it's cleaned up. Stopped at a car wash (the one that always had the white Jag in front) and the guy let me hose down my bike. He got a chuckle out of how dirty I was and then proceeded to take a soapy sponge and got the bike pretty darn clean. Wouldn't take any money. Turned out to be a blast of a day. |
