Sometimes I can be such an idiot. I was leaving later than usual for the train station and looked at the schedule (http://metrarail.com/metra/en/home/maps_schedules/metra_system_map/md-w/schedule.full.html) and thought I could not catch the train that started its run at 9:36 because it was already 9:10. I missed the fact that the train wouldn't arrive in Roselle (where I get on) until 10:04 and I had plenty of time to catch that train.
