Distance: 52.93 miles Category: general: leisure - solo Time: 05:04:55
Avg Speed: 10.42 mph Max Speed: 0.00 mph Terrain: Road: Flat
Bike: Giant Rukai DS 518 700c Hybrid
Weather Conditions: Rained enough for me to wear the raincoat for awhile, plus I was chilly so it felt good. Rain ended, but day stayed overcast, clouds heavy with precipitation, just didn't fall. VERY windy, felt like I was climbing hills all day. 75°, 78% humidity, feels like 77°. Winds ENE 10-20 mph.
Ride Description: Yangmin bike path, yellow tiger, Grand Hotel...nope new bridge still not open. Up road at yellow tiger, then on to bike path at Dajia Wharf, back on Chung Shan N. Rd. Decided to go out to Guandu (waiting for traffic light at 7Eleven and Huffy walks by and grabbed a quick smooch!) Two statues road to Guandu, bike path to Red Bridge, path to left, then right for a change. Saw wind surfers, My River, lots of baseball. Went to end of path, ped bridge up (not the normal one) then up and over Taipei Bridge, Dadaocheng Wharf and home.
