Distance: 17.38 miles Category: training: general - solo Altitude Gain: 1,500 ft
Time: 01:36:56 Avg Speed: 10.76 mph Max Speed: 30.10 mph
Temp: Avg: 77
Terrain: Road: Flat Bike: Giant OCR 3 Road
Weather Conditions: Sunny, warm at around 80 degrees with pretty good humidity. No wind, except what I generated while coming downhill.
Ride Description: Twice up to Flying Squirrel and back down. First time up, my stomach was almost nauseous enough to force me to turn around. I stopped to rest a bit, then went all the way up with no stopping. Back down I said no more, but the bike had other ideas and turned me around and headed us back up. I should have gone one more time, but it was getting HOT during the climb. Considering I haven't been on the bike for a week, and haven't hill-climbed in nearly a month, I did ok.

Max speed 30.1 mph.
