| Weather Conditions: Hazy, soft light, 79 degrees, 74% humidity, 7 MPH wind. Hot enough I ripped off my t-shirt so I could rip off my long sleeve tshirt that was underneath. Didn'tg care who saw me! |
| Ride Description: Climbed Yangmingshan (Nat'l Palace way) with David and Ralph. Saw a great waterfall, past Yangmingshan sign, keep going for a bit. Walked across the creek to see it better. Reminded me a bit of Oak Creek Canyon. Headed further up and to the left, found a little temple, took photos and headed back down. Stopped for oj near Karen's house. Ralph went home to go back to bed, David headed to Carrefore, I went to the Shilin Peninsula, mostly on the road since crews were working on the dikes. Fantastic hard ride. I need to work on hills and speed! |
