| Weather Conditions: Absolutely gorgeous, started out with arm warmers, they came off at Guandu. Sunny, with some haze, but no wind to speak of. The "boys" were all headed out to the coast, then on over Yangmingshan via 101; they should have had a fantastic ride. |
| Ride Description: With Karen P., Four Corners via Peitou, back down, turned at the Mongolian Barbecue for a different way down, then on to Guandu via Two-Statues road. Shopped at the Giant store, then back to Grand Hotel...still not open, but we figured the next time we were adventurous, we'd just go around the barrier and yellow tape. While we were standing there, a rider came through (from Neihu) and we helped him lift his bike over the barrier. Short slow ride today...my foot is really bothering me. |
