Distance: 63.46 miles Category: training: endurance - solo Time: 05:16:51
Avg Speed: 12.02 mph Max Speed: 0.00 mph Terrain: Road: Flat
Bike: Giant OCR 3 Road
Weather Conditions: Cccccold. Windy at times. Sharp icicle-feeling rain at times. Sun at times. Wild, wicked, cool weather here. So cold, though, I had to snag a nice brand new long sleeve long underwear t-shirt to throw on over my jersey, underneath my windbreaker at the outdoor market that is just over the Taipei Bridge. Great price, $100NT. Weather Underground says: 55° F, 60% humidity. Feels more like 30-40 degrees to me.
Ride Description: Me, myself, and I headed out to the Guandu bike path via Yangmin bike path. Up and over the red bridge, river loop ride, end of Jingfu, out to the road to hunt down a 7 Eleven for some fuel, back to Dadaocheng Wharf and beyond. Walked up the green bridge, got to the end and had to turn around because there was work being done on the ramp. Shortcut, Chengde Bridge, Yellow Tiger, back to Guandu for mileage, then finally back home. My 12th metric for the year.
