 Loosen Up Ride
After yesterday's ride I was very stiff and sore, especially my upper thighs. So I rode the Trek from home to do a little ride to loosen up the overly tight thighs. I rode to Verdae then up the trail to Furman. My thighs didn't loosen up until about 15 miles into the ride. I rode the loop around campus and headed back down the trail. I stopped at Hampton Station to get a café au lait at Due South Roasters and a Steak 'n Cheese and Lamb Gyro tacos at White Duck Taco. Then I rode home.
