Distance: 0.00 miles Category: training: general - solo Altitude Gain: 0 ft
Time: 00:15:00 Avg Speed: 0.00 mph Max Speed: 0.00 mph
Terrain: In: Rollers Bike: Giant OCR 2 Road
Weather Conditions: Outside around 10°. Basement...high 60's maybe. Thought it would be cool enough I wouldn't need a balaclava to soak up the sweat. Yep, I was wrong.
Ride Description: Indoor rollers. Killer. I could barely make 15 minutes, and that's without the resistance band. I was also chicken to put both hands on the bike since it's been about a year since my last roller ride. I'll do this again, though, because I figure as much sweat as I produced in 15 minutes, I must be doing some good.
