Ride Description: Indoor rollers. Criminy, how is it that these things are so hard for me to do? I put the band back on so my front wheel would spin, otherwise I found I couldn't ride with both hands on the bike. Still killed me. Hopefully I'll find time today to go back downstairs for another 10 minutes.

I also worked on some good calisthenics before I rode the rollers. Maybe I need to ride first, then do the lunges, dips, wall squats, etc.
