Ride Description: Karen P. and myself went to Yangmin bike path to the Grand Hotel. Path still closed, but we had already decided we'd go through the barriers. Did, and ended up at the same place Karen J. and I had been at a few weeks earlier. Didn't have to get all muddy after all. Took the path to the end, through several areas of construction, but nothing as bad as the Grand. Came back a bit and carried our bikes up steps to a pedestrian bridge, steps down the other side and we were on the other side of the river. Rode to the end, then back, and yes we had to go through more construction. Got pictures of that. Continued on, couldn't get through the barriers at the amusement park, so we took Chung Shan back...turned right before the big bridge, and came back the new way Russ told me about.
