The weather was nice enough this morinng to wear shorts & a shortsleeve jersy (plus arm warmers), a headband (not a skull cap covering the ears or face) and no socks w/my bike sandals. The wind wasn't too bad, tho it was interesting to see a plane approaching to land at Lambert yawed a little to the left - nose into the wind out of the SW as it was flying W, and I was riding S under its approach. 
The ride home was a bit of a challenge and little hairy in a few spots because of the 30+ MPH wind.
