I rode to Overbrook Baptist to meet Steve so we could ride up the trail to then over Tubbs Mountain - or as I call it Tubbs Big Hill. Steve and I do a lot of talking when we ride, so it was a very casual, talking ride. We rode through Cleveland Park then Falls Park and on up the trail. We talked about this, that, and the other thing and had solved most of the worlds troubles before we finished. If you didn't ride with us, there's a good possibility that we talked about you! Steve got a call from his cousin about half way up Tubbs Mountain, so we stopped while he talked to her. They are planning a cruise and were lining up details. Then we coasted down the mountain and rode back into TR. We stopped at Dukes Doggs and I had a turkey dog with turkey chili, mustard, and onions with fries, a small brownie and some pink lemonade. Our friend Kimberly was at Dukes studying, so we sat with her and chewed the fat and the dogs! We left there and rode down to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and each had an oatberry shortbread and I had some iced tea. I bought an oatberry shorbread to bring home for Cis. A good ride with lots of talk and snacking.
