| Weather Conditions: 63 °F / 17 °C, gentle rain the entire ride, purchased leg warmers at the Dadaocheng Wharf Giant shop. (didn't take my old ones thinking it would be a warm ride) Had on a long sleeve jersey, windbreaker, and a rain jacket. Almost warm enough! Started the day with insane winds, which actually ended for my ride back home. |
Ride Description: What a toughie this morning. Set out in the rain for a metric, Dadaocheng and beyond. Took the bridge over the river just before the sharp right turn, thinking I could have a bit of an adventure. Bike path ended, but I found a great covered market. Would be fun to explore on a better day. Once I finally found my way back to my path, I just headed home since I was having knee and brake issues. Riding the heavy monster and it was difficult.
