warm up on stationary for "marathon" ride.
Did a "marathon" ride with a little cool down. I was inspired by the Biggest Loser Challenge but, of course, don't have their equipment so I did it on my Specialized Sequoia on a trainer stand. I completed the 26.2 miles in 1:31:43 which would have put me pretty far back in the group but I also know my bike in the trainer stand doesn't move as fast as any stationary bike I have been on for the same level of effort.
