I rode the Surly to Cleveland Park and took the Laurens Road Bypass to Gower Estates, then Verdae to the ICAR and Petco. I met Camila to take care of Honey and Feisty. Feisty is very afraid and Honey is pretty shy as well. When I finished there, I bought a pair of water bottles at REI and a loaf of low-carb bread, a chocolate chip muffin, and a dark chocolate coconut bar at Whole Foods. I rode from there to the Cascades. I went in and visited Jackie Miller. We had a quick visit then I helped an aide with an older patient that was in need of a wheel chair that was long down the hall.
I rode from there to the Commons to Meet Cissi for lunch. Both food places weren't serving food. That was disappointing. We went from there to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe. I had a bacon, tomato, avocado salad and a small mocha. Cissi has a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. From there I rode home.
