Ride Description: Lovely G?I...bike path behind old apartments, up past Shoemaker, attempted Old Potash, but did not like the wind. So back, but instead of bike path, rode some neighborhoods. Stopped to adjust my saddle a bit lower at the townhouse, then just out to get an hour's time. Lower back still twinging...what to do, what to do???
