| Ride Description: Old highway almost to Willow, wind was fierce, so went back to town, then just around Avenue G and M. Stopped to visit with Megan who had stopped at dad's, then went back out to get at least 20 miles. Handlebars are pretty good, I think, lower back is still talking to me, as are my feet. Need to work the core and stretch the back, and try my new insoles for my next bike ride. |
