This morning I drove to the Cafe to ride with the Swamp ROMP. Eight of us left there headed north - Joe, Jeff, Cat, Bob, Wilson, Ron, Art, and me. We rode north to Furman and picked up Kathy and Marty. Then we rode north to Travelers Rest where Kathy and Marty stopped to eat breakfast at Wilson Hardware. Several of us rode up to the north end of the trail. We turned back south and the group splintered several times. Bob had a flat so Joe decided to ride back to the Cafe and drive up to pick him up. While riding south through Travelers Rest I ran into Ramona and chatted with her. I was riding south with Jeff and a friend of his Brandy rode with us for a good bit. From the Cafe Wilson, Jeff, Cat, and I rode into downtown and got a table at Barley's. Joe showed up after he delivered Bob to his car. I had a jerk chicken sandwich with blue cheese slaw and a lot of water. Wilson, Cat, and I headed back toward the Cafe, but Cat and I stopped at the Swamp Rabbit Crossfit where they were having a Crossfot Throwdown. One of the teams as from Andeerson where Cat does her crossfit training, so we went in and watched for a while. I then told her goodbye and rode back to the Cafe to drive home.
