I rode from the house looking for a bit today. I rode down to Cleveland Park and headed south on the trail to get a couple of hills in. I climbed the hill behind First Baptist Church then turned onto Cleveland Street to work my way across town. I rode by Sirrine Stadium and Fluor Field and Mt. Calvary Baptist to get back to the trail at Willard Street. I rode on up to th eSwamp Rabbit Cafe and stopped in for a snack. I had an oatberry shortbread with a bottle Naked Juice Red Machine and I drank about 4 glasses of water. I also bought a strawberry/pecan scone for Cis. When I came out of the Cafe the sky was very dark toward town. I called Cis and she said that it was fine at home so I took off to get on home. It blew up very hard with light rain amd I stopped under the Academy Street bridge by LInky Stone Park. I figured that I could wait out the rain. While there a rider named Marcia rolled in to escap the rain. She was fancinated by Linky Stone Park. She grew up in the area but has lived up north most of her life and moved back a couple of years ago. Cis called from the car and said that it was pouring at home and was coming to get me. I was still short of my bit. After I was home for a while it had cleared up and I rode out East North to the credit union and back to get my bit.
