I left home on the Surly to intending to ride to Agape to meet my new conversation partner. When I passed by the church our older ladies were waiting at the bus stop to take a tour of Greenville. Once in Cleveland Park Werner texted that he wouldn't be able to meet today. I rode on to Agape then turned back and rode the trail to the Swamp Rabbit Café. I had a roast beef sandwich made into a salad, then I headed back to town. I saw Jeff Hermann just north of Bramlett. I rode on and took the new section to try to get in a quarter. I rode to Verdae then saw that my mileage. would be short, so I rode on to Rocky Slope, then turned back. Once I was riding back, I knew that I was wasted. I stopped at the end of the runway and watched a plane land with a jet waiting on the taxiway. Once I was under Pleasantburg, I called Cissi to have her meet me at the Laurens Road Bridge. I knew that I wouldn't make it up Hillside.
