 Finally Back On the Bike
After my consultation with the surgeon this morning I decided that it’s time to get back on my wheels. I have no legs for riding. Ten miles out they were toast. I stopped in TR and bought a bottle of Propel and split it with my water. I took Old Buncombe back as far as Lakeview Elementary then took the new trail bak to the Trail and rode home. I stopped at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and bought a sweet potato, a potato, a tub of Beach Protein Balls, and a sack of peaches. I thought about getting Cissi to pick me up at Cleveland Park, but I climbed the big hill home.
