Terrain: Road: Flat Bike: Giant OCR 3 Road
Weather Conditions: HOT! HUMID! WINDY! And would you believe, blue sky and so clear you could see forever. Other than the heat and humidity, it was a glorious day.
Ride Description: Group donut ride...Karen J., Karen P., Ralph, Jeanne, Craig (two new teachers...husband and wife) and myself decided to brave the heat and humidity and headed to Tanshui, caught the ferry and enjoyed the donuts and lemon juice in Bali. (juice with ice, hope none of us gets sick) We then headed back via the red bridge. It was so much fun showing the two new people where to go and they had a blast. Having to get used to my Taiwan bike all over again, as my neck and shoulders are talking to me right now. Oh yeah, smell from yesterday was 1,000's of dead fish from some company's deliberate chemical dumping. Lots of volunteers had bagged up the dead ones.
