 Sunday Ride
This afternoon I drove to the Hudson Road parking lot to ride the Surly up the trail. I rode up the trail but the wind was really fighting me riding up. Just south of Furman I ran into Ken's Sunday afternoon group. It looked to be a group of over ten riding. I saw Ken, Steve S, Mark, Don H, and heard several others call out my name. I rode to Furman then rode around the lake up there. From there I turned back south. It was much nicer riding down the trail with the wind behind me. I stopped at the Cafe going south and bought a pair of oatberry shortbreads for Cis and me. I also bought a couple of sweet potatoes and some ground beef for supper tonight. From there I rode back to the truck.
