| Weather Conditions: Gorgeous day! Temp started at 48° and was 63° when I finished. Breeze from the west, which made going to Willow Island road a blast, but played havoc with my legs, lungs, and average speed on the way home. Perfect blue sky and very little traffic. |
| Ride Description: Old highway to Willow Island Road, then highway 30 back to Gothenburg AGAINST the strong west wind. Stopped in the park to read the Trib and to enjoy a small snack. From there, up Avenue F, but decided I wasn't quite ready to go home yet, so I made one backwards loop around town. |
