Ride Description: Short & Fat Race. As the BP drugs slowly drain the life and strength from my body, I'm reduced to granny gearing every hill. Still made every hill though.
We started from the very back of the pack and didn't pass many people. We just rode a leisurely pace that was somewhat free of chest pain. Still, this course has a LOT of hills.
Probably our last CFTF.
It was an enjoyable ride and we even caught up with and rode with 86 year old Roy Carlstad. We finished 8 minutes ahead of him.

OFFICIAL RACE TIME: 02:11:30.7 7.29 avg. / 802rd place out of 874 / 60th of 66 finishers Male 50-54 / 572nd of 601 Men.
We finished behind the top three 40 finishers.
