Weather Conditions: About 82°, 74% humidity, felt like 88°, sunny, and bloody windy. Great ride! :)
Ride Description: First up to Four Corners via Peitou. Down Cherry Hill. (too much traffic for Starbucks.) Then out to Tanshui via causeway. Took a circuitous route to Fisherman's Wharf...out in the boonies. Fisherman's Wharf back to old Tanshui...who do I see but Claire and Chris, with a flat on Claire's bike. I got the tire off the rim, and the tube was all folded over. After struggling with the quick release, finally got the tire off. Claire cabbed to Guandu to the Giant store, got back an hour later with a new tube and aired up tire. Claire had just started to put the tire back on the bike (back tire, so it was a struggle) when a nice Taiwanese man came and did it for her. I went on to Guandu on the road, then bike pathed back, while Claire and Chris took the bike path all the way.
