Today I left home on the Trek and headed to Cleveland Park to ride with Bill. I took the Laurens Road Bypass and cut through Gower Estates. We rode Bill's neighborhood until Bill needed a potty break, then we rode it some more. I left Bill at his place and headed out Sagamore to get back to the trail. I got on above the bowling alley and followed Cleveland to my Gardenview cut though. I did the Woodland Way Circle loop then rode up Cleveland to Camperdown to Falls to Broad to Washington to the Hampton Avenue Bridge and took Hampton Avenue to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe. I ordered a bacon, tomato, avocado salad with pickles and bought an oatberry shortbread for Cissi. While I was sitting at a table waiting a woman asked if I was Peter. She was looking for her blind date. I told her that my wife wouldn't appreciate me taking her home. I should have told her that I am visually impaired but not blind. I ate my order and as I was getting ready to leave a woman told me that she liked my jersey. I thanked her and thought "Is it 'Flirt with a Geezer Day?'" From there I rode muy normal route home. I stopped on Hillside to chat with Pat and his boys.
