I rode to Piney Mountain Bikes and met Kimberly. We went inside to talk to Jonathan while there. We rode over Piney Mountain then Paris Mountain and into Travelers Rest to the Leopard Forrest for my café au lait. I had 2 cups then we rode back over Paris Mountain and Piney Mountain. The second time up Paris Mountain I was toasted. My thighs had no push left in them. When we were coming down Piney Mountain, a Prime Van pulled across in front of us. If we had been going a bit faster, we would have hit her. The wind coming down nearly dumped me as I approached the base of Paris Mountain. It also nearly took me out in traffic at Rutherford Road and Chick Springs Lane. We made it back to Piney Mountain Bikes and went inside to talk to Jonathan. I was close to dropping when we first went in. I sat down for a while to recuperate. I rode home from there and I lost my vision like I was getting a migraine while riding home.
