This afternoon I rode from home to Cleveland Park and followed the trail to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and then back home. This added two elements that I haven’t had in a very long time - riding in traffic and climbing some stout hills. Traffic made me a little more nervous than it used to be and I used some very low gears to get up the hills. It was a wimpy ride but I have to start somewhere!
