Looks like you are breathing down my neck and you could pass me on your next ride. But I won't let you. (Just kidding). Glad to see you are riding in the cold weather and keep up the good work. Interesting we are about the same point in our same goals to 500 miles. I missed my normal 25 mile ride last weekend and it makes it harder to meet my goal.

Congrats on beating me to 1000, BY A LANDSLIDE! I've kind of gotten off the biking kick for time purposes, but you obviously stuck it out and peddled on. Great job!

Looks like you are doing great. Three dress sizes, my wife tells me that's at least thirty pounds. Keep it up.

It was great meeting and riding with you at the Reunion. Hope to see you at the next one.

I had the pleasure of meeting and riding wiht Frayoch at Reunion 2007 near Watkins Glen, NY. She is a "never say die" rider who always finishes what she starts out to do. She finished her first-ever metric century at Reunion 2007. I'm sure that there are many more to follow. Oh, did I mention that she is a great storyteller around the campfire AND that she is an accomplished T-shirt artist when given a sharpie pen.

I spent time with heather while at RU07 in NY. If she isn't out riding her bike, she is hanging out, always smiling and laughing. A very sweet person and a pleasure to know. The missus spent some time riding with her and says she is a strong rider too.
