History:

I have been running and riding since 1978. Major accomplishments include the Boston Marathon, 24 hour track runs, 24 hour bike rides. I qualified for RAAM in 2007 at the Tejas 500.
Most of my riding is solo since organized events are hard to find in my location. I commute to work 4 times a week, do daily additional training rides, teach a 5:00 am spinning class at a fitness gym and I do long rides on weekends. www.drfart.com |
