  Last time I sent a comment you sent one back asking if I know you i only know you by observing the top 5 riders in the log mile column I HAVE RIDDEN THE AREA THAT YOU DO MOST OF YOUR MILES AND I KNOW HOW HASRH THE WEATHER CAN BE and your log just seems the most realistic then most high mile loggers good luck cant wait to see this last weak miles

I have been running and riding since 1978. Major accomplishments include the Boston Marathon, 24 hour track runs, 24 hour bike rides. I qualified for RAAM in 2007 at the Tejas 500.
Most of my riding is solo since organized events are hard to find in my location. I commute to work 4 times a week, do daily additional training rides, teach a 5:00 am spinning class at a fitness gym and I do long rides on weekends. www.drfart.com |
