Tom,

Thanks for the comments and ride today. All I know is that Bobbie kept saying how you were reeling him in but that"he then jumped out of the boat."

Biked all my life from my blue Schwinn Cruiser at 7 to my Sears 10 speed in 1971 in Okemos, Michigan, to my Cannondale black 14 speed racer which I rode for the next 24 years! I now ride a kick-butt Warp 9 Accent and my 2007 Orbea TT Ordu - Sweet! My Trek Pilot 5.2 is now on permanent loan to Erin. I'm a founding member and Pedrone of Team Redneck and a charter member of Tri-Star/Warp 9 Cycling Team http://www.devoracing.com/team/ and am a member of Team Krystal
I qualified in cycling for the Senior Olympics in San Francisco, August 2009 and the 2011 in Houston :)

Time Trial Road bike
Description:  Durace 20 speed 11/27/53, red&black, red ProRace3. The Spanish know how to put a true racer on the street at low cost. Thanks to the lady who came from Ferrari to build this hardened carbon composite Orbea. This bike is aero front to back, strong and responsive in a sprint and a delight to ride! I rode this bike 90 miles recently and loved it. It's hand painted at the factory - no decals. I added the full carbon Reynolds DV46 clinchers. How does 15.5 lbs. sound?

Road bike
Description:  This is a black Cannondale with 27x1 wheels/tires and Shimano 600 components with 14 speed "hunt-and-seek" shifters on the down pole and a rare Shimano 600 "Biopace" crankset. This was my primary ride for 24 years in Michigan and Alabama. I did the DALMAC on this bike in 1984, stopping off for lunch on the last day at my good friend, Tom Smith’s, in Harbor Springs. I rode this bike across the Mackinaw Bridge, a rare feat for bikers.

I finally took the cages off of it and started my long love affair with Frogs. It is now in mint condition and on permanent loan to my F16 pilot son, Brian, in South Carolina, who gives it regular workouts around Lake Murray. I like to visit this trusty steed now and then and catfish off the dock.
