Bill and I parked at Choice Hills Baptist Church and rode to Altamont. We slowly made our way up the mountain until we reached the top. A friend of Bill, Woody O'Cain stopped at the top as he recognized Bill. They talked a good bit and he took a picture of us. We rode back down the mountain and Bill waited for me at the parking lot at Altamont while I rode bak to the truck. We drove from there to Leopard Forest Coffee, but they are closed on the weekend. We went to the TRee House and each had a café au lait. I introduced Kristen and Bill. She gave me a cinnamon roll for Cissi and we had a good chat. This was a big day for Bill and I was a little surprised that I could ride the Surly up the mountain.
