 First Retired Ride
I have been fighting a sore throat and chest congestion for the past 3 weeks, but I decided to get out and ride today. I drove to Cleveland Park and parked by the tennis courts. From there I rode the trail, although the section going to the Cancer Survivors Park is closed so I made a detour around that. The ride was just a ride up the trail to the Furman campus then I turned around and rode back down the trail. I saw what I think was Ken and Don while coming back down the trail and I stopped at the Cafe. I had a bottle of Harmless Coconut Water which was unexxpectedly good and bought a bottle of eucalyptus essential oil. From there I rode back to the truck for an easy but tiring ride. Today I wore my new M&Ms riding jersey.
