I rode with Bill today. It is the first ride for either of us in nearly a month. We did our normal route. The trail downtown was very crowded. Bill and I discussed the trip I just finished. When we got hime Bill stood up out of the trike on his own. That is a major accomplishment for BIll. We were both excited about the day!
