Today I rode from the house to meet Ken and Mark at the tennis courts in Cleveland Park. We took off up the trail to get in a few miles. We rode along the trail, then we circled the lake at Furman. We rode on the TR and turned around across from Sunrift Outfitters. We sstopped at Upcountry Provisions and I had a chicken gyro with potato salad and a pickle spear. We stopped a mile south of TR to speak to the new trail deputy sheriff Christie. She’s a talker! We hustled back down the trail and I wore my legs out. The last couple of miles I was pooped out!
