Today I took off on the Trek to go to Petco. I took my normal route there, but the winds were really tough. They stood me up a few times and made it a real fight in places, out of control in places, and fast in places. At Petco I took care of Grayson - a cute little female tabby/white mix that is very shy. When finished I went inside at REI to see if they had anything on sale, when I ran into PJ. He works at REI and he is a character - but a good character. We chatted for a bit, then I took off and headed for the Cascades to see if I could find Jackie M - a little lady from church that broke her femur and is rehabbing there. After some wandering around I found her and she and I had a nice little talk. I prayed with her and caught her up on stuff from church. I left there and caught the new trail that runs along Verdae and followed it to Woodruff Road, then took some back roads back to the trail at Verdae and Salters. I followed the trail back until I crossed Laurens Road then took my route back toward the park. At Cleveland and Faris I followed Cleveland until I was back to the SRT and took it to the Cancer Survivors Park. I took a couple of pix then headed for home.
