I called Steve to see if he wanted to ride today. He called me back but he was on the bike and headed to the Greenville side of Paris Mountain. So I got ready to ride and headed up the trail to meet him. He called from the base of Paris Mountain and he was about a mile from the north end of Furman and I was about a mile south of the same place. We met at the little circle on the north end of Furman. We rode on up to Travelers Rest and stopped at the Tandem Creperie for some lunch. I had a Mediterranean Crepe (savory egg, spinach, sundried tomato, and feta) with sweet tea. Then we rode out to the north end of the trail and came back south. I short-cut going to the Trail and we short-cut coming off the Trail. The ride itself was uneventful, but Steve and I discussed and solved many of the world's problems!
