 Red Horse Inn Ride
Today I drove to Steve's and met Steve and Ken, then Steve drove us to the Red Horse Inn to ride in their ride. It was a beautiful morning for riding while riding along the base of the SC/NC mountains. We rode from the Red Horse Inn through Inman, Campobello, across I-26 to the turn around point in Boilings Springs then back again. Ken, Steve, Mark, and I rode together, apart, and all around each other. I suddenly had a power outage around 35 miles. I stopped, had a good drink, and made sure that I was good to go. About a mile up I stopped at a convenience store and had a Gatorade and a Snickers bar. It was a nice ride. After the ride we made sandwiches and they had wine samples for riders. I don't drink, but Ken and Mark had their drinks plus Steve and my drinks. They were selling wine by the bottle and I saw a few bottles sold.
