This morning I rode from the house through Cleveland Park and Falls Park. The trail was packed from Cleveland Park to the Cafe. Terena was there but Erica was going to be late. I told the Swamp ROMP group to go on and we would ride. Once Erica was there we took off and I had her take the lead while I brought up the rear. They decided to ride to the north end of the trail. I led the group back to town and we rode to Upcountry Provisions where I had a Grilled Blue Cheese sandwich with potato salad. The group was there and just finishing up. We headed back down the trail. By the time we were back at the trail, I was wasted. We did a little shopping at the cafe. I had a black cherry soda and bought a couple of chocolate chip scones to take home. Erica gave me a ride home from the cafe.
