I rode the Trek from home to meet Ken, Mark, and Steve Y at the tennis courts. Ken was late and a couple stopped wanting to know how to go south on the trail. We rode with them to the Hincapie Trail where we lost Steve, then Ken suddenly stopped most the way up the hill to Faris and I rode on up the hill. I never saw Mark or Ken again. I rode back on Cleveland, then cut through the park to the F-86, and up Cleveland to cut across town. I went out Washington and the Hampton Avenue bridge to Hampton Station and took the Orange Line to Old Buncombe Road. I followed it to Duncan Chapel and cut through Furman to get back to Old Buncombe Road. I took it to Watson and McElheney to get back to Travelers Rest. In Travelers Rest I ran into Steve, so we had brunch at the TRee House. Ragan was there and Gene came in while we were eating. I had my regular brunch, then Steve and I rode back down the trail. We went over to see Kristina's wind chimes. I left Steve at the tennis courts. Mark and Ken's cars were still there.
