 Thanksgiving Morning
I went out early this morning, but decided that I needed to get going for a morning ride as well. I rode from home on the Straggler. I took off and rode to Cleveland Park where I found myself in the middle of an 8K run. Most of the runners had passed and I was in the middle of the walkers. I rode through town and to the Cafe and had a small latte and a savory cheddar scone. The Cafe is one of the few places open this morning and it was hopping. Mary was there and a lot of th workers, but I noticed that many of the senior employees were working. She is keeping it open until noon, then they all go to their Thanksgiving plans. I rode back to town and took time to ride up onto Falls Bridge and take a morning view of the Falls. From there I rode back to the house for a nice little ride.
