I drove to the tennis courts at Cleveland Park and rode a couple of laps around the dog park before meeting Ken. We took off up the trail and my right thigh is still pretty sore and the bruise is finally showing its colors - kind of blue and purple! Ken and I rode up the trail stopping to drink a few times and lapping the lake at Furman. We rode to the north end of the trail. We stopped at Roe Ford Road to look at a pair of old Schwinn’s that an older couple had. Then along the falls in Falls Park a woman stepped in front of me and I crashed on top of a stone wall. I was running about 2 mph, so it was a low-speed fall onto the stone wall, but my right thigh is scraped up and swollen and the palm of my left hand is very sore. It seems that lately I have had some bad luck on the bike.
