 Interrupted Ride
I left home on the Surly and was just over a quarter mile from home when Sheri texted needing a ride home from the ER. Two hours later I left home again but I was short on time to get my miles in. I took East North to Cleveland Park and cut across town to take Hampton Avenue across the bridge and out Old Buncombe Road. I took it to the Lakeview spur but looped the new housing at Union Bleachery. I took the trail to Furman and did a campus loop that included looping the rugby field and also made a wrong turn on campus that led to a dead end. I climbed the bill on the lake loop then headed back down the trail.. I had to hustle to beat darkness home!
