| Ride Description: Spin, first a bit with Robin Arzon, yep not tonight. It was the Lizzo ride and too explicit for me. Switched to Ally Love and one of her Sundays with Love rides. Very good. Got up out of the saddle quite a bit. Wish I would have remembered to put on my Garmin to track my heart rate. Oh well. Got in a really good sweat and found a new instructor that I like. |
